Dear Tom,

Since the beginning of the standard scalar sessions plus fat metabolism therapy, 1:00am I woke up immediately and felt the sensation of prana energy pervading my whole body. For me the energy feels like effervescent light or champagne bubbling up from my first to 7th chakra. These sensations occurred every early morning the 1:30 am although sometimes the energy was heavier and felt uncomfortable at the very beginning of a session.

In the first week I felt a slight change in my appetite but was not committing to taking off weight. There was very little change in my weight for the first two weeks. I would be vacillating between 1 to 2 lbs in a week.

By the third week I could definitely feel I had no real appetite. This helped my compulsion to eat unhealthy snacks between meals. Actually, there was no desire on my part to eat sweets ,chocolate , bread, alcohol, or dairy products during the day. I did have a great desire to drink lots of water.

I also became more goal driven to lose weight , exercise and stick to a healthy, light nutritious diet. Then I began losing regularly 1/2 a pound a day. Now I have taken off around 7 lbs and have gone from weighing 149 lbs to 142 or less.

I now feel I am more in control of my eating habits and so far have not slipped back to binging on my favourite chocolates. When I have a chocolate bar I will take two squares and feel I have tasted it and have had more than enough. A new and interesting sensation for me!

My pendulum shows me that each of my chakras are spinning a little faster and in larger circles than before the treatment. Since I do a lot of energy work I am very sensitive to your scalar energy work.

After performing a healing I notice that my work as a Shaman has deepened.

So thank you Tom for this wonderful gift of scalar energy and your Scalar Wellness Fat Metabolism program. I definitely want to continue on this program until I reach my desired weight.

Hi Tom,

Sorry to be so late in sending my feedback regarding the first week in the Fat Metabolism program but I needed to gather my thoughts on what I experienced:

Felt hot (thought I was getting the flu again);
had to go to the bathroom a lot;
felt immense amounts of energy and shifting in my legs and stomach (where the fat is);
have not lost inches or weight.

Hello Tom,

I am noticing that my core shakes are less and less. I attribute them to adrenal fatigue and testosterone levels. I notice that I am not as excitable as I can get/be. Overall I notice small changes.

Hi Tom ,
I could feel the male hormone therapy on the first day of treatment as am feeling very energetic and positively lasting for 4 hours from Singapore time 10am to 2pm but subsequently from the second day onward I do feel a bit of the effect of positiveness,uplifting only.

Dear Tom,

My Mom has enjoyed scaler for about 10 months. The psoriasis is gone from her hands. She has other health challenges still (copd, hip/knee pain), but her hands did clear up.

I have struggled with a severe sugar allergy that caused infection in my sinuses just a few weeks sugar intake from any sources. I had to figure this out on my own over a twenty year period, as doctors were baffled. Antibiotics made me get better each time, but they didn't know why.
I now, after one months treatment, can manage my sugar intake with no infectious flare ups or weakness that would come with each flare up.
I got a treatment for my cat first, who had a painful UTI. She also always ran from me as if she expected me to catch her or do somethig to her. Withiin a few days of the treatment combined with a holistic treatment to relieve the UTI, her flow came back and then normalized, and she relaxed in a matter of a few days. She has been like a new cat, never before relaxed. I feel her chakra treatment made a great impact on her level of anxiety. The weakness in my knees is gone, and my legs also feel stronger.

I am still bloated, yet much less. And I feel more agile , more able to move quickly and easily.

Although I have lost no weight, I feel light-footed.
